Mohammed first joined BPM’s Tax practice in 2012 and today serves clients as a Tax Director in BPM’s Silicon Valley region.
His background extensively focuses on tax accounting and tax compliance. Mohammed is well-versed in federal and state income tax compliance and tax provisions.
Additionally, Mohammed supports clients with ASC 740 tax provisions. He commonly works with Life Science and Technology companies and applies his deep technical knowledge to income tax accounting and reporting under Accounting Standard Codification 740.
