Mari Nakajima has a decade of accounting experience and supports BPM’s International Tax practice by working with clients on Interest Charge – Domestic International Sales Corporation (IC-DISC) tax matters.

Before BPM, Mari worked with clients on corporate tax solutions, including those involving net operating loss (NOLs) and claiming tax refunds available through the CARES Act.

Mari’s background includes working with high-net-worth individuals and small businesses on tax planning and compliance. She also worked with clients on International Tax activities involving cross-border issues, such as U.S. inbound and other involved outbound activities.

Mari Nakajima holds an active CPA license in California.
