April Otchere

April Otchere is an HR Consultant in BPM’s HR and People Services Practice. A passionate HR professional, April loves helping clients solve problems and resolve issues that improve their bottom line. She once helped a large company migrate from paper enrollment to digital processes, significantly reducing turnaround time for onboarding and enrollment. The new electronic process saved the client hundreds of hours of administrative follow-up time, significantly exceeding the client’s expectations for the project.

April leverages her experience to support companies with everything from payroll and systems optimization to generalist work including recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration. Her clients range from companies with 15 employees to those with more than 1,000. She also jumps in where needed to help companies achieve short-term and long-term goals including optimizing their systems to improve efficiency.
