Alan has been with BPM for more than 15 years and is a partner in our Santa Rosa office. His background is in auditing and performing technical consulting services for both public and privately held companies.
Alan leads our Professional Services Industry Group and works closely with clients in the consumer business and technology industries. His experience includes complex equity structures, all aspects of revenue recognition, business combinations and international operations.
His well-rounded background, breadth and depth of experience ensures he serves a broad range of clientele effectively and efficiently. He is a member of CalCPA and AICPA.
