Theresa has 20 years of professional experience, from start-ups to non-profits to mid-large-size corporations. Theresa specializes in employee relations, conflict resolution, workforce planning, recruitment, training, coaching, organizational and staff development, performance management, process and procedure development, onboarding and generalist-level support.
Using her experience, Theresa often tackles organization-wide projects, like recommending best practice policies and procedures to streamline the organization’s effectiveness and recommending organizational structure to maximize growth for immediate and long-term goals and alignments. She also has experience in coaching management and leadership teams on handling conflict resolution by creating a cohesive and collaborative environment.
