Her practice includes navigating complexities in state income, sales and use and property tax compliance to ensure businesses maintain regulatory adherence. With a focus on state income tax, partnership taxation and resolving state tax matters, Sue brings invaluable insights from her 14-year tenure in Pennsylvania’s Department of Revenue. In that role, she influenced tax policy and advocated for legislation to bolster compliance measures.
