Shabani has over 11 years of experience in U.S. tax reporting, planning and consulting for a diverse clientele, including private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds.

She began her career at Deloitte in the Hedge Fund tax group, where she gained extensive tax knowledge. Shabani specializes in consulting, planning and preparing business entity tax returns. Additionally, she has experience advising foreign entities conducting business in the U.S. and handling their complex foreign reporting requirements, as well as multi-state income tax reporting.
