Before joining BPM, Megan spent nine years working at the Lehman Brothers Estate (post-bankruptcy), where she analyzed large, complex datasets, valued counterparty claims, participated in negotiations with major creditors and provided litigation support to external counsel. Her team’s efforts notably resulted in more than double the expected returns to unsecured creditors. Megan also worked on trading floors, analyzing capital market risks and conducting valuations on a variety of securities and derivative instruments, including credit derivatives such as single-name and index CDS, as well as interest rate swaps. She began her career at Fannie Mae, where she managed the monthly price verification of a $185 billion structured mortgage portfolio at the height of the 2008 financial crisis.
