Lisa is a strategic and proactive partner with clients and their teams. She helps hire top leadership talent and deploy retention strategies that keep employees satisfied and enthusiastic at work. Lisa conducts thorough HR assessments and audits for her clients and provides solutions to their problems. Her skillset includes dispute resolution, mentorship, diversity and inclusion, training and development and talent management.
