Leena Chen

In her role as Assurance Senior Manager, Leena supervises the planning and performance of financial audits of private for-profit companies, and integrated audits of publicly-traded companies in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS.

She serves clients in a variety of technology industries, including semiconductor and life science.

Leena specializes in integrated audits of U.S. publicly-traded companies with significant international operations, particularly involving hardware manufacturing. She also has extensive experience with inventory costing, equity and debt financing, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Leena Chen holds an active CPA license in California.
