Kyle Chua is a Senior Consultant in BPM’s Managed IT Services Practice, where he works with clients in a variety of industries to develop their IT infrastructure and lay the groundwork for the transition to a modern cloud environment. Leveraging his more than 10 years of IT experience, he helps clients lessen their physical footprints and implement cost-effective, easy-to-administer, and low-maintenance SaaS, IaaS, and IAM solutions.
Kyle prides himself on always keeping an open ear to his clients’ needs, which he combines with a strong ambition to fulfill those needs, which results consistently in happy clients and positive outcomes. His domain experience ranges from IT infrastructure and IT infrastructure-as-a-service, to network and system admin, to mobile device management (MDM), Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other business productivity platforms. He also has an interest and experience in business process automation.

Developing a client’s IT infrastructure by helping bring the business into a modernized cloud environment outfitted with IaaS, IAM and SaaS solutions, while lessening the business’s physical footprint.
Helping a client achieve ISO certification in less than a year by deploying MDM to manage and automate device deployments remotely; rearchitecting the client’s existing network to meet ISO requirements; and deploying an IAM solution to provide single-sign-on (SSO) to tie together the business’s various cloud platforms.
Modernizing a client’s on-premise IT infrastructure by migrating the business to a hybrid cloud environment. This included offloading the company’s file server to a SaaS solution, converting its Exchange server to a hybrid cloud in Office 365, and extending its server footprint in Azure IaaS.
