Kristi Staley serves as a Director of Business Development at BPM. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, Kristi works to connect growing organizations with BPM’s accounting and consulting services to help them achieve both their financial and non-financial goals, with a focus on strategic client engagements.

She is focused on building meaningful relationships with companies across the broad range of industries BPM serves and is passionate about connecting with mission and impact-driven organizations. Kristi also helps lead BPM’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) practice, which works to help clients gain key insight into key ESG recommendations and deepen their impact.

Before starting at BPM, Kristi served as an experienced audit manager at a Southern California accounting firm where she used her strong technical skills to help build a deep understanding of the goals and challenges that emerging mid-cap companies face. She now deeply enjoys the opportunity to empower client-facing technical professionals at BPM through internal growth coaching programs.

Kristi holds an active CPA license in California under the name Kristine Staley.

Interesting tidbit

Kristi loves to travel and do anything outdoors. She’s lived on both U.S. coasts, the South and even in Australia. She gladly has and will wake up at midnight to hike up a volcano or sleep under the stars in the Outback (snakes and all).
