Kelly Miranda has 30 years of Human Resources experience and specializes in helping startup companies build their infrastructure by developing HR procedures and policies.
Before BPM, Kelly served in various Human Resources roles from HR Generalist to HR Director. At times, she served as the sole member of a startup’s HR department. Because of these roles, Kelly has extensive generalist experience building HR departments from scratch and creating lasting infrastructures.
Today, she assists BPM clients by supporting policy development, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and systems implementations.
Kelly takes pride her in ability to develop strong relationships with employees at all levels of an organization to establish trust throughout the organization. She provides a high-level of service to meet the needs of the organization’s employees.
In the past, Kelly helped a fast-growing Consumer Business company build its HR infrastructure, establish a robust benefits program, implement compensation structure and performance management programs, as well as spearheaded employee engagement and management coaching.
She has also helped a software company successfully complete a PEO transition and establish a new benefits program and HR/payroll system and onboarding program.
Kelly has also assisted multiple clients with benefit system implementations to allow for more efficient annual open enrollments and streamlined benefits administration practices.
Kelly has long lasting client relationships and her clients say she excels at building and sustaining strong relationships, as well as helping both employees and leaders through challenging employee relations issues.
