Jenny is a compensation and HR specialist within BPM’s HR Consulting practice. She has over 10 years of experience working across domestic U.S. and global businesses in industries such as Nonprofits, Financial Services, Consumer Business and Technology.
She has significant experience with the tactical and strategic delivery of Compensation programs including:

As a trusted advisor, she provides a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to deliver high quality insights and solutions. Jenny has designed and implemented job career leveling frameworks and compensation structures from simple to large-scale and complex.

Jenny helps clients interpret compensation information, using data to understand impact and inform compensation decisions. She has worked with clients to develop training materials and communication plans to help employees understand the value of their total compensation packages.

Jenny is known for her collaborative, thoughtful and data-driven approach to problem-solving with clients. She is passionate about all things compensation and keeps abreast of current trends and market compensation practices and legislation.

Jenny started her compensation career in Sydney, Australia and is currently based in Seattle.
