Frank has over 35 years of international corporate tax experience, most of which he spent as a leader within a Big Four. Today, he’s a Managing Director in BPM’s International Tax Services group and works with wide variety of multinational companies.
Frank specializes in advising companies with U.S. entities on foreign VAT implications including advice on reporting requirements such as DAC7.
He supports BPM clients by helping them understand Digital Services Tax regimes and manage potential exposure, as well as consider ways to mitigate their tax expense.
Frank himself has held Founder and CEO titles and understands the needs of business leaders from a personal level.
He has been quoted and featured in a wide variety of articles on international tax law and is a highly regarded specialist in the space.
