Brandon Cox

Brandon Cox advises private equity and corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including quality of earnings and quality of revenue analysis, net working capital analysis and financial modeling.

Brandon has over 20 years of experience in accounting both in public accounting and in industry, serving domestically and internationally in both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries.

Directly prior to his current role at BPM, Brandon was the Corporate Controller for a mid-market fluid and pneumatic power company called Hydraulic Controls Inc. Additionally, Brandon served in BPM’s Assurance practice for 14 years working both with private and public companies, with experience for consolidations, carve outs and reverse mergers.

Brandon Cox holds an active CPA license in California.
