As a Stock Plan Administrator and Manager at BPM, Alex provides equity management consulting and client support. This includes management of routine employee equity compensation activity, special projects, investor fundraising and IPO/liquidity readiness.
Before joining BPM in 2022, Alex spent four years working in Morgan Stanley’s Shareworks division, where he supported clients with complex needs and where he became a superuser of Shareworks, a complete equity compensation platform. Additionally, he spent a year in Morgan Stanely’s Compensation Benchmarking division.
Recently, Alex helped two respective clients migrate their equity tracking database from one platform to another in order to accommodate growing needs. He also was recently involved in some complex audit preparedness and IPO readiness, as it pertains to the equity element of both company fundraising and employee equity compensation.
He has a great level of attention to detail and enjoys complex reconciliations which involve creative Excel solutions.
Alex is working through his Certified Equity Professional certification (CEP) and hopes to finish all levels of certification by 2025.
