BPM, one of the largest California-based public accounting and advisory firms, announced today that Terry Hill has joined its Advisory Practice as Managing Director.
“I am very excited to join BPM’s Advisory Practice at a pivotal time when my skills, the Practice’s growth trajectory and the Firm’s 30 plus years in the middle market converge,” said Hill. “I look forward to helping middle market companies through their most critical points of inflection.”
With over 20 years of experience in the middle market, Hill will focus his attention on expanding the Firm’s CFO and Controller service offerings. BPM’s Outsourced Services group supports Boards, Investors, and CEOs / founders through rapid growth, business process improvements, M&A and post-merger integration, capital structuring / financing, and private company exit strategies and more.
“We believe Terry’s addition will enhance our ability to provide clients with a fresh perspective,” added Nick Steiner, Chair of BPM’s Advisory Practice. “His positive energy and impressive accomplishments make him highly qualified to serve clients. We are delighted that Terry has chosen to join BPM.”
Hill joins BPM from Tatum, where he served as Managing Partner of the San Francisco Office. He was responsible for new revenue generation, client management and full P&L accountability. He was instrumental in taking the office from the smallest revenue in the county to being the second largest. Hill also served as Private Equity Practice Leader at ADP, where he drove EBITDA improvement for middle market investors.
BPM is named as one of the "Top 10 Firms in the West" by Accounting Today. BPM is also the winner of Inavero’s 2016 Best Accounting in Client Satisfaction, an honor less than 1% of all accounting firms in the U.S. and Canada earned for providing exemplary client service.
