New Version Includes Enhanced Mobile and Cloud Capabilities, Social Network Integration, and Multimedia Annotation

Process Director Version 3.0 enhances BPM with social media integration. The version enables customers to: 1) Drive workflow behavior from social media events including a tweet or Facebook status update; 2) Respond to customers via Twitter (tweet, RT, DM, reply) and 3) Manage Facebook campaigns (likes/unlikes, comments).
