Home grown leader — from internship to partnership
Sarah Weaver
Sarah joined BPM in 2015 as an intern and in 2024 she became a BPM Partner in our Tax Practice Group. Through her hard work and success, Sarah says that she learned that it’s okay to ask for help and that resting is essential for long-term success. She loves the ever-changing nature of her work and as a Partner, Sarah says she’s committed to making BPM the best place to work while always seeking to wow our clients.

Cultivating talent at home and abroad
Maxim Cere-Marcoux
Maxim is dedicated to expanding BPM’s presence Canada and strengthening connections with colleagues in our Bengaluru Office. In 2023, he participated in the Firm’s Rotation Program for the second time, spending 6 weeks in India. During the weekdays, Maxim worked closely with the local team, fostering strong relationships and identifying ways to collaborate together even more. On weekends, he and his partner explored and immersed themselves in Indian culture, making the experience both professionally enriching and personally rewarding. who have also become big Indy Fuel fans.

Inspiring connections and empowering growth
Evan Martinez
Outside of his role in our Advisory Practice, Evan helps lead BPM’s Hispanic & Latinx Colleague Resource Group (CRG). The CRG has hosted an array guest speakers, and Evan finds it incredibly rewarding to hear how inspiring participants find them — some are even moved to tears. Evan says the insights and stories have influenced how he approaches his work and supports his team. For him, it’s powerful and motivating to be part of something that creates a meaningful impact and helps everyone involved grow.

Leading by example
Tiffany Huey
Tiffany Huey’s mission to drive positive change is even more meaningful as a mother to a young son. Outside of work, she is teaching him the value of community by growing a garden together and sharing their harvest with neighbors, fostering connections and experiencing the joy of giving. As co-leader of BPM’s ESG Practice, Tiffany brings that same passion to helping clients identify their “north star” and prioritize impact strategies. As a B Consultant, she also guides organizations through the B Corp certification process.

Finding success on and off the ice
Zach Driscoll
Zach is a goaltender with the Indy Fuel and a BPM Tax Associate in the Virtual Region. He balances his athletic career and accounting role through BPM Flex, allowing flexibility in his schedule. During hockey season, Zach works reduced hours, returning to full-time at BPM when the season ends. This arrangement is successful thanks to strong communication and supportive relationships with his Tax colleagues, who have also become big Indy Fuel fans.
