At BPM, we believe in the transformative power of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
We’re proud to share our DEIB Report for Fiscal Year 2024, which highlights our commitment to strengthening our culture so that every BPMer can be their authentic self. 

Report highlights include

  • Organizational demographics – Overview of BPM’s workforce composition across gender, ethnicity, age groups, and global representation spanning 11 countries. 
  • Colleague Resource Groups – Exploration of BPM’s eight colleague-focused groups that create spaces for diverse perspectives, foster belonging, and promote allyship throughout the organization. 
  • Psychological safety initiatives – Introduction of BPM’s strategic focus on creating spaces where colleagues feel safe to express ideas, take calculated risks, and bring their authentic selves to work. 
  • Engagement survey results – Insights from BPM’s annual Pulse Check survey measuring belonging, respect, authenticity, and inclusion across the organization.
