Global 360 introduced free business process templates providing process professionals with a starting point for using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to visualize and quantify process improvement recommendations. Each process template was developed using knowledge gained from real-world engagements with Global 360 customers. The first six business process templates available are for accounts payable, loan processing, insurance claim processing, human resources employee on-boarding (two templates), and change of address request processing.
